There were some very high quality modules made for NWN with voice acting done and the like. Was it every phrase of the game, no, but anything worth having voice acting was voice acting. The Aielund Saga is a good example.
I'm just disappointed that NO ONE seems to have even tried to put up an actual module. User modules make a game, literally, endless.
