Not a lot of information in the Companion, but here's what I've dug up thus far. As far as I have found, we've only got 5 names of women who were on the Council (including Jarna who was dead before the series started and Sedore who might not have been on it... see below).

Here is the basic information that is available in the Companion, please feel free to add to this list!

Alviarin Freidhen (White Ajah, Amadician, level 17, 57 years old, 31 years AS): Head of BA since 983, was a darkfriend before she entered the Tower. Held by Ogier in Stedding

Velina Behar (White Ajah, Saldaean, Level 25, 141 years old, 103 years AS, Sitter): Knew Alviarin’s name, fled Tower after Verin's book was revealed.

Galina Casban (Red Ajah, level 14, 125 years old, 93 years AS, 90 years BA, Ajah Head): Knew Alviarin’s name, broken and captive to Therava

Sedore Dajenna (Yellow Ajah, Tairen, level 19, 187 years old, 155 years AS, Sitter): Knew Alviarin’s name according to Velina’s entry, but did not according to her own entry). Killed by Egwene.

Jarna Malari (Gray Ajah, 223 years old at time of death in 983), Head of BA until 983, she was killed by Ishamael for overstepping her authority by hunting the Dragon Reborn.

I'm surprised neither Verin nor Sheriam was named as Supreme Council given the hints in the books.
