Looks are a help - first impressions count I'm afraid.

But charm? Do you mean the practice of being polite, complementary, friendly and basically treating a lady right?

Or do mean the lame comments which are blatently over-exaggerated, over-friendly, over-complementary and in actuality are extrememly smarmy and guaranteed to get the bloke in question a lonely life?
