What is that little thing that you do every day to make yourself feel ok?
I have a whole daily morning routine. I wash, mousse, and blow-dry my hair. For makeup, I will not leave my house unless I'm wearing undereye concealer, foundation, and blush. If I don't wash/style my hair and apply makeup, I feel like a mess. If I'm in a particularly foul mood, I'll dress extra nice, and wear mascara. (Eyeliner - brown liquid eyeliner - looks very dramatic on me, only for going out at night - and even then, quite rare. Lipstick - same, plus I hate having gunk on my lips. But foundation & blush are a must.)
I walk with my back very straight and head held high, and I give the world little condescending looks. That makes me feel better.
