The most common is ~ Trousers (UK) - Pants (most of the world). Here pants tends to refer to underpants/knickers, have to remember who I'm talking to, sometimes someone will ask me about 'pants' and I'll wonder who the hell they are to ask me that kinda thing, then I'll realise they mean trousers

The other ones that come to mind are

~ Mobile (as in mobile phone, UK) - Cellphone (lots of places it seems).

~ Plasters (UK) - Band-Aids (or whatever it is, US) that confused me, and a shop assistant in Chicago.
