"Hello," she said.
"Yo," the funny dead man replied, without looking up.
"My name is Jennica," she told him airily. "What's yours?"
"Yo," he told her, uninterested.
"You're certainly funny-looking for a dead man," she replied. "Most of the dead men I've seen were more alive looking than you, and they had bigger eyes. Are you a freak?"
"Yo," the dead man said, and shrugged his shoulders.
"You shouldn't talk so much," Jennica confided. "That's what my father always says to me, anyway."
The funny dead man said nothing. Maybe he was dead.
"Yo," Jennica said, and wandered off to play.
