But little by little, I came to like it, and these last few years I have been sitting in the town square day in and day out listening to jazz. It is free in the twon scare, and even the big guys who are hired for the big concerts play a song or two there. Tickets elsewhere in town are dreadfully expensive, though... sadly.

It definitely helps to hear it live, and at least you get to hear some of it for free. I like spending time in coffee shops in my area when they bring in live music because it most frequently is pretty decent jazz groups.
