I'm sorry, but I often have these intestinal cramps.

Then there was the conversation between my freshman year RA, myself, and this cutie in the room. Ends when for some reason the cutie mentions she has a spastic colon.

Conversations about deaths always will do the trick too. For example, when asked about today, I said, "Yeah, it was rough dealing with those students. But they're mostly okay. It's after one of them has died that things are tough. Speaking of which, it's been about four years since one of my students died by drowning."

Then there are the conversations about sports teams and how they are doing, the smells in a room, and of course people claiming to know famous peoples' relatives.
