They disgust me, and I'm sure every other right thinking individual.

I can understand your partner being frightened for his business, but maybe talk to the Police about your concerns. There are some very good police officers out there despite the bad rap they get. They may be able to do something to help. At the very least they can keep an eye on them and hit them hard when they put a foot out of line.

The problem is if no one takes a stand against them these people will think they have gotten away with it and just keep doing it to others. If you don't think it is worth the risk then fair play, but try and investigate every opportunity.
