Seriously, I don't even bother being nice (well, when I worked at the first law firm I avoided yelling at other lawyers but I did tell a mail guy he was a lazy son of a bitch).

I have said some very, very mean things to people, along the lines of "Just don't wonder why you're overweight" or "If you're too stupid to know what stairs are, you shouldn't be here" .

I have NO tolerance for that, unless the person is on crutches, pregnant, etc. - in other words, a very good reason for not taking the stairs.
