They talk way to fast for me

They do sometimes for me as well, but it's the sounds of the words in the middle that get to me.

Do you have trouble with the rr? Most Americans do...I luckily learned to make that sound well when I was a kid and liked to imitate my cat

I pronounce an R almost the same as Haitians do - almost shifts from an RW to a flatout W sound when speaking fast. And both did my students laugh when I had to say "rural"
