Do you ever say or heard any of your countrymen say anything remotely close to your country being the Strongest Country in the World?
... between 1933 and 1945. Not so often since, although some seem to believe it.

I was wondering that last night when someone mentioned about how they didn't care what the President did (i.e. Clinto & Lewinsky), as long as he does his job. He's the leader of the most powerful nation on earth for God's sake!
So some Americans think the President can do as he pleases as long as he does his job (so far, so good IMO) because he is the leader of the most powerful nation?!? I somehow fail to see the logic behind that.


I'll be more enthusiastic about encouraging thinking outside the box when there's evidence of any thinking going on inside it.
