I bought two more of her books today at the used book store. There were two others that I left on the shelf because I had a fairly good idea that I would be dissappointed in them.
That's it. Perhaps it's an unreasoning dislike and I'll try again and actually like her work.
So far I like it but I can see where she wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea. In fact I am suprised how many people do like her. I just wish that I actually knew any of them.
I am sure you have a stack of books that you actually do want to read somewhere. Don't read something you wouldn't enjoy on my account. Life is too short and there are too many good books out there to waste your time on something you won't like.
Any recommendations for me lately?
