In a (sort of) spin-off from Camilla's earlier survey, I have a question for everyone.
I find myself with just enough money to buy one new book. None of my favorite authors have anything major out currently, so I'm looking at something new. I've narrowed it down to two: Stieg Larsson's The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo or Justin Croner's The Passage. The covers don't particularly impress me, the titles don't scream out, "READ ME!" and the blurbs, while interesting, aren't enough to make me pick one or the other. And I can only afford one.
So which one should I get?

Well. I've just finished the Larsson, and Jacob has just reviewed the Cronin.
