The Road andOld Man and the Sea bme Send a noteboard - 08/09/2009 04:16:11 PM
I thought both were way too long for what they were saying, though at least Hemingway's book seemed original. I thought The Road was terribly derivative from sci-fi short stories I had read in high school. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of any of them, so maybe the 'problem' I had with it is that it just felt too familiar to me.
To everything there is a season --- football season, pre-season and off season.
