It's hard to hate someone as much on re-reads because you know that they aren't a threat anymore. (it's kind of like Elaida in WoT. She's scary the first read).


The reason I can't remember whether I loathed him is because he ended up being topped twice. Skeeter was bad and Umbridge was so horrible that I think I forgot whether I ever hated Lockhart
