I mean, I approached it with an open mind again to see if I hadn't mischaracterized it as a morally bankrupt and purposely obfuscatory system of thinking that does little other than settle for the current state of affairs while trying to poke holes in everything. It's not my fault that's exactly what it is.
I don't agree with that assessment of postmodernism, but I am glad the book showed you the beauty of it.
