The two that are perennially unfinished are The Silmarillion and A Canticle for Leibowitz. The Name of the Rose was one, but I've finished it! Hurrah!

So, currently unfinished books...

La Communauté de l'anneau (I despair of ever finishing this)
L'Étranger (didn't have to finish it for school, so I never did)
Foucault's Pendulum
Imagining India
Lilith
