Rebekah tipped me off about this (all this talk about how she wants me to work on my thesis is clearly all theatre for the masses), so that is where you should send the flowers and notes of undying gratitude.
At any rate. It is an hour-long interview with A. S. Byatt from the Edinburgh Book Festival (the one Rebekah has been writing about), where she reads from an discusses The Children's Book. Now, I found the book to be excellent stuff, and I imagine anyone else who has read it would be interested in this discussion of it.
She also reads aloud from one of the first chapters right at the beginning of the event. It is audio only. Anyway. Here is the link. I have no idea whether it is a Britain only deal.
