S’been a wee while since we’ve done one of these, so I hope you enjoy.

Books Messageboard

Check out this month’s Russian Book Club. We’re reading Turgenev’s excellent Fathers and Sons. It’s a short book, and you can get it on Project Gutenberg, so why not join in?

Rebekah’s pulling together interview questions for the divine Gail Carriger. If you’ve got any ideas add them as a reply <a href="http://www.readandfindout.com/books/messageboard/160063/">here</a> or NB them. And read <a href="http://www.readandfindout.com/books/messageboard/159009/">this review</a> while you’re at it.

(beat.) is looking for five books to read. Pop into her thread and give her some suggestions.

And don’t forget that the October RAFO book club is Kazuo Ishiguro’s Never Let Me Go. It’s out as a film right now, so read the book first! Perfect timing and all. We start on Monday 18 October.

Not long now till the next book is released. There are lots of threads with speculation about the events in Towers of Midnight. Loads to read, so go do so!

Foxhead asks what people’s favourite television intro is. Lost? True Blood? Castle? Share yours.

Snoopcester and others are annoyed at the latest news about The Doctor. Is it a cop out from the BBC?

Plus there’s lots of movie and television news, surveys, requests for help and more, so go check out what’s happening there!

Games Messageboard

Starcraft II came out recently. There’s a <a href="http://www.readandfindout.com/games/messageboard/152313/">tournament</a>, discussions about gameplay, and patches that have been released.

MightyYT wonders why Reach is so difficult.

Aemon lets everyone know that OnLive has eliminated monthly fees.

Plus there’s plenty of discussion about games of all types – for PC, Xbox, PS3 and more, as well as surveys, gripes, queries and little snippets of interesting information.

beetnemesis calls for registration for RAFO’s 19th Mafia game. Sign up <a href="http://www.readandfindout.com/rpg/messageboard/159283/">here</a>.

You’ll find a list of rules/guidelines at the top of the board, plus a catalogue of previous games.

That’s all for now! Have a browse through our boards and see what else is out there on Read And Find Out. It’s more fun when you get involved.
