And sometimes they are horrific.
Ella Enchanted the Movie. *shudder*
Worst adaptation of book to movie I have ever seen in my entire life. I loved that book SO MUCH, and the movie took everything that was good about the book and threw it into the trash and replaced it with stupid, shallow bullshit ... Argh it makes me angry just thinking about it.

Heh maybe that's what I'll do for the book to movie task, I can go on a nice long rant. Won't that be fun?

' />The previews were enough to convince me that it was a horrible horrible...I don't even want to say "adaptation"..... of a book.
I love that book, too. I actually have the audio book as well, and have had it for years, but I'm afraid to listen to it in case it ruins how I say things in my head.

Preferably not. But we can be tolerant if you're running out of time.

But the challenge-books can count towards the 50 and the book you'd been meaning to read.
