I'm well aware Martin worked on Beauty and the Beast. I watched that show regularly back in the days.
That doesn't make his name synonymous with the show. It was in fact created by Ron Koslow, and had many contributors other than Martin.
As far as Martin's stand alone work is concerned, ASOIAF is what he is most famous for.
If you wish to disagree, fine. I refer you back to Wikipedia then.
Either way, it doesn't change the fact that he is utterly downright lazy in bringing out the next book, which is the real point of my initial post.
