The tor.com website has Best SFF Novels of the Decade Readers Poll were you can list your favourite science-fiction and fantasy novels published in the last 11 (sic!) years.
There is no limit of number and you just write the ones you liked - there is no list to chose from. The poll ends on Friday (14th of January) but they publish the leads every day.
