The current plan is February, but I find that a bit unlikely, to say the least. Although we now know that it's 90% complete and most, if not all, of the remaining 10% is at least drafted, taking into account the likely delays caused by the HBO series gearing up and so forth, I suspect it will be summer-autumn of next year.
