People almost never commit acts of evil for the sake of being evil and with the exception of true sociopaths even the worst of men rationalize their misdeeds. I think that is why I enjoyed Huxley so much more. Orwell made his world so bad that they were making everyone as miserable as possible simply because they could. Orwell's world is more frightening but I think Huxley's is more believable.


I can safely say that we've found one concept on which we can agree completely. Yay us.:D
