I was really disappointed by WMF, reminded me A LOT of Crossroads of Twilight *NM* NaClH2O Send a noteboard - 06/04/2011 09:30:17 PM
And Brandon Sanderson's stuff is amazing as well. For Sanderson, I'd suggest reading the Mistborn trilogy.

Oh!And the Harry Dresden books. Wizard detective! Don't roll your eyes, it's awesome, becomes suitably epic, and has some great characters and humor.

First couple books are good, but they become amazing at book... 3, I want to say.
