There is something very empowering about this sort of limitation, in much the same way it's sad and exciting I'll never get to visit every country or learn every language. Though I think the author would not disagree with my assertion tha after surrendering, self-aware culling is a responsible activity. If you're aware of your mortality, Keeping Up With The Kardashians likely isn't something you'll be interested in.
