They have found 20 unpublished stories by Anthony Burgess in his now dead widow's house. I wonder how long it will take them to publish them.
I imagine as little time as possible, if they are just looking to cash in.
The problem really is we don't know why they are unpublished - he might have thought they weren't good enough, were to private to be seen by others or weren't finished. Publishing them could mean publishing stories of a low standard just to cash in or going directly against his wishes. It is difficult with things like this, I think.
I would kill for a job sorting through stuff like this. Well, maybe not kill (just in case someone is paying undue attention to wording) -- but maim?
Befriend a famous author, get them to agree that you will look after their estate if they die. kill them.
