The tone and theme of AFFC is sifting through the ruins of war and civilisation, the tens of thousands dead, the hundreds of thousands displaced, the hundreds of towns and villages burned-out and so on and so forth.

Otherwise the only thing I can think of is that they are a major Brienne fan and think she's dead at the end.
