No. I buy books to read or because they look interesting and then keep them since I bought them.

No

do you borrow a lot of books in the library?
In the past, when I didn't have spare cash, yes. Now, no.
do you buy used books?
Yes
why/why not?
It's cheap and normally from charity shops.
