My days of being shocked by news on literature are apparently not over.
Thoughts?
Thoughts?
I can understand not wanting to include it because it has been done to death before but if the book was supposed to be a collection of "important" authors lives...as I expect it was. Then this is beyond stupid. But as I watch western culture run down the drain I can't say that it surprises me all that much.

The article states that the novelists chosen were of personal interest to the author. *NM*
