but it's the version that I prefer. Heaney does a very nice job with his verse, and it strikes me as a spiritual successor to the original style of the epic.
It is VERSE of course, and that isn't very everyone. There are a couple good non-verse versions out there. But, for me, I like the Heaney version just fine.
