Yes, it has the ch (tch) and p and g that Arabic don't have, but it has no emphatic sounds. Sad and tha are pronounced as /s/, and dha and the emphatic d and z are all just pronounced /z/. The ta marbuta is just pronounced as /t/.

Because clearly their alphabet does in fact still have those letters... having different letters representing identical sounds makes for a pain in the ass orthography, as I can attest as native speaker of Dutch (and there it's only two pairs of vowel combinations).
