Another book I edited earlier this year is free on Kindle today and tomorrow.
Overkill is another story of Gorias La Gaul, a centuries old warrior killing his way around the antediluvian world. Gorias is a bit like Conan only with more swearing and more gray in his hair. In the tradition of heroic fantasy, Gorias’ world is one of adventure, danger, rough men and women, monsters, and the malice of magic.
You don’t have to read Thrall to read Overkill, which is set earlier, but those who have read it will appreciate more of the references. Also, if you didn’t read Thrall, know that Overkill isn’t for kids.
Downloading it won’t cost you anything (today, and maybe Wednesday - $2.99 regularly), and even if it doesn’t appeal to you, if you want to support a smaller press, this is a great way as it will push their books up the Kindle lists and get some attention.
