He was 91, so not too unexpected. Still, sad day for SF fans.


Very sad though some of what people are saying about his works now I am not sure I agree with. Interesting to see that he was a Ludite (maybe the people who hated the BSG ending should reflect on that some?) but I never found the Martian Chronicles to be about Man destroying an idyllic civilization...

Very sad thankfully he lived long enough to see that some of his darker visions are not coming to pass.
