Eh? Stealing which is what this is (the idea that it is a victimless crime is crazy) is very much against the ideals of objectivism and the idea of a free market. A free market means the market is free to decide on prices, wages, etc...not that things are "free".

You need to do more research on politics, philosophy, and economics before you post.


I didn't mean that to sound as ignorant as it obviously came across. In no way did intend that to be advocating piracy.

What I was getting at is that in the digital realm an ebook effectively becomes an infinite reproducible resource, and as such supply infinitely outstrips demand. That means the ebook becomes effectively valueless as a commodity.

I think I should refrain from posting when lacking in sleep in the future.
