You do realize that all three of them have mothers Harry describes as attractive? Heredity.

On the other hand, there are ordinary and plain women, like Marci & Anna. The simplest explanation would be Unreliable Narrator. Harry only really mentions the women who catch his eye by being particularly attractive. He's also chivalrous, so he emphasizes the positive in their appearances. A some of them have descriptions that come with subtle qualifications.
