Weird book. Very American, so it tells me. Maybe it is, but so far it's all about people being crazy and overreacting (over-acting?)... if I'm right, I think I've just reached the point where it turns a corner and starts to gain some depth. As though it's been facetious on purpose to be able to prove something later.
