Personally, I thought this book was excellent. This book really shows Alia's slippery slope into madness later in Children of Dune. I thought the way that Jessica and Irulan were portrayed were excellent. The entire Bronso storyline was well played. Personally, I thought Hasmir and Margot should have been more irritable towards Shaddam, and that Shaddam himself was a tad bleh. Your opinions?
