Beat you.
Though it seems the topic I created has disappeared mysteriously.
I personally find the whole matter hilarious, but I have never really been a fan of Marvel. I would disagree with you about Marvel making good films lately. Iron Man and the new Hulk film are pretty much the only two I can think of released in the last few years.

Well I'm just counting the films that they have made themselves (of which Iron Man and Hulk are the only two released so far) and have only been distributed by paramount. Other films (such as Wolverine) were actually made by other studios (such as Fox ) although they were considered co-productions. It's been there own work and all the titles in development (Thor, Avengers, Nick Fury, Runaways, etc.) which I am interested in.
As for the comics (which is probably the relevant aspect for this board) I don't know if it will have a big impact. I don't imagine that Disney will interfere too much in the comics and let's face it Marvel are hardly a radical company pushing boundaries which Disney may find distasteful. I imagine that Disney were more interested in the movie rights and merchandising opportunities that they would get from owning Marvel.

I actually suspect the comics business might not change that much.
