I'm just getting back into The Bonehunters (if the next book is this hard to read, I'm quitting the series), and I need to be reminded of a few things:
1. Is the place where Minala/Trull/etc are defending the First Throne that same island where Cutter and Apsalar got separated?
2. How did Trull and Onrack get to said place? The last thing I remember was them interacting with the Tiste Liosian. (spelling?)
3. Who the hell are Monok Ochem and Ibra Gholan? Where did these T'lan Imass come from?
4. Who in the BLUE HELL is Edgewalker?

Haven't read The Bonehunters yet, but I can tell you that Edgewalker is a character that appears in Knight of Knives. Book not by Erikson, but still set in the Malaz world.
