3. Who the hell are Monok Ochem and Ibra Gholan? Where did these T'lan Imass come from?
I believe that they were the renegade T'Lan Imass that Onrack and the others with him were chasing when we first meet Onrack.
No, they were a part of the team that hunted the renegades. I am pretty certain. They regarded onrack as a renegade for not having had the good taste of lying still after he was broken.
