I attended a reading series not long ago where Brandon Sanderson was the speaker, and he read a bit from this book. It was pretty cool. I didn't really catch what the general gist of the plot was, but there are soldiers in magical super armor able to punch holes through brick and jump eight feet in the air. There is also a red headed girl who trades insults with some sailors. That is pretty much the extent of my knowledge.
