Usually I will pick up something is someone whose taste I respect talks about it in a way that makes it stick in my mind. I don't have endless money to spend so I rarely buy something that I haven't heard of before unless it has been recommended or I have enjoyed the author in the past.
Craig and the people here have gotten me to step out of my comfort zone.
