Cyberpunk books (and more after rereading the question)

I have seen some cyberpunk movies but I tired reading some and I just can't get into it.
I have not read every important book in scfi but I have at least some of most important types of books. There is some of the really old stuff I haven’t read. I have only read a little bit of Vern and no Shelley. I believe the Time Machine is the only Wells book I have read.
I am sure these is some non-English stuff out there I should have read.
First time I read the question I though it just said SciFi if you throw in fantasy the list gets much bigger. I have never read Harry Potter beyond the first half of the first book. I have never read about much in the way of urban fantasy or anything thing with sparkly vampires. I have a read a fair amount of epic fantasy but there are very popular series out there I have never picked up like Erikson. I have never read more then half of a Pratchet novel.
