I mean, if planet Earth is gonna try its best to kill us off in approximately any moment from now to 10,000 years from now, we should try to kill it first, right? That's the American Way!



the sun will turn into a red giant within the next 5 billion years, expanding to the point that it will vaporize the earth in its orbit. so, no matter what we do here on earth, we've only got about 5 billion years until we're wiped out completely.
