More seriously, I think justice is a balancing act between morality and consistency. Morality, of course, is subjective to an extent, and consistency is probably more subjective than a lot of people think. Which is why no-one has ever satisfactorily defined justice (nor probably ever will).
A more useful and wiser Latin saying, I think, is omnis definitio in jure periculosa est.
