it just reminds me of little children who dress up in their parents' clothing. They're still little kids, and the - the trappings just emphasise their little-kid-ness.
So, yes, the ad is constructed as though the main object is a grown adult male, or young adult male, in an AXE ad. But it's a baby. It's cute. And the incongruous just makes it funnier...
... for me.
I dunno. Maybe I'm sick in the head.
