They update only to be seen. Some of their updates are horrible. And the crazy quiz takers who publish EVERYTHING. Come on. Show some self-restraint. If you're going to publish 10 quizzes in a row then realize I may unfriend you. The other option is to block you. And If I'm blocking you, why am I still friends with you on Facebook?

It removes anything not from the original Facebook parts (status updates, links, photos) from the news feed
