Okay, whether you have a nanny, a home daycare provider, a daycare, or whatever the heck you want to call it...
Would you find it acceptable for your child care taker to regularly take your kid to Micky D's playplaces?
This comes up after a friend of mine witnessed a daycare provider letting her charges romp around the playplace, coming back to snack (no hand washing -- have you seen the inside of those things?? *shudder . One of the kids came up to her with obviously wet pants (from pee, not a drink) -- and she asked him if he wet himself, he says yes, and she sent him back to play. SO NOT COOL.
. One of the kids came up to her with obviously wet pants (from pee, not a drink) -- and she asked him if he wet himself, he says yes, and she sent him back to play. SO NOT COOL.
Any how -- I don't like taking my own kids to these germ infested playplaces -- and I refuse to take my daycare kids there. What do you think?

Urine-soaked pants aren't good, but it's very unlikely your kid is going to die from being there.

If you replace "shelter our kids from" with "overuse antibiotics on," you're pretty much spot on. *NM*
